• Alpaca wool: Alpaca wool comes with good insulation and thermal qualities. Alpaca lamas live at an altitude up to 5,000 metres. With their wool they are well prepared against cold, wind, rain and heat. Therefore alpaca wool is suitable for producing summer and winter clothes. Alpaca wool is as comfortable as cashmere and it feels very soft and smooth on the skin. With same fineness alpaca wool feels even softer than merino wool. Compared to other wool qualities alpaca wool shows no “pilling effect“. Alpaca wool is called the “ fleece of the gods“ and is probably one of the highest quality natural products.
