The PushbikersM. WB Heli Pants by MALOJA for men is a functional and elastic cycling bib pants with high freedom of movement.

The PushbikersM. WB Heli Pants for men by MALOJA are tightly cut, lightweight bike bib pants for the ambitious road bike cyclist with high compression based on the further development with the MALOJA Pushbikers. It is characterized by the particularly pleasant Polygiene® upholstery and a highly technical men Legend S.A.T. seat pad.

Alpenglow: When light and rock meet early in the morning or in the evening, an impressive colour spectacle is created in nature. The Ladins in South Tyrol use a particularly melodic term for alpenglow. They call it Enrosadira.

For the annual theme 2022, MALOJA was inspired by the beauty of this spectacle and the inner mood that accompanies it. Confidence spreads – a powerful feeling.

• Thermal Stretch Eco DWR: Thermal Stretch ECO is a 4-way stretch material made from recycled Nylon and recycled Spandex developed with ski touring, cross-country skiing and cycling first of mind. Thermal Stretch ECO delivers superior breathability, and is pilling and abrasion resistant. The structured inner surface provides insulation and quick moisture transport to the outer surface.
• Bike Stretch WB: Bike Stretch Wind Block (WB) is a 4-way stretch, windproof and breathable 3-Layer softshell fabric that were specifically developed for next to skin cycling shorts and leggings. The slightly brushed underside ensures heat retention and rapid moisture transport to the outer surface.
• 4-Way Stretch: This fabric offers cross and lengthwise stretchability and thus provides perfect freedom of movement.
• Basic Insulation: MALOJA distinguishes between different insulation levels. Basic, premium and supreme insulation. The right insulation for the different temperatures is always depending on the application area and the intensity of the activity.
• Durable Water Repellent Eco: The outer material has a durable water and dirt repellent, environmentally friendly and free from harmful PFC finish that allows rain and snow to roll of. The outer surface of the clothing is less sensitive against dirt and the breathability is not affected. All treatments used by MALOJA are Bluesign® approved and fulfill all necessary requirements regarding sustainability.
• Partially windproof: The windblock/windstopper front avoids the Chill Effect (airstream) that can lower body temperature.
• Zippered Leg Opening: These trousers feature short side zips to ensure a quick change of clothing in your outerwear without taking off your shoes.
• Flatlock Seams: Flatlock seams are durable and generate a smooth, chafe-free seam for optimal comfort.
• High Performance Straps: This product has seamless straps that has allowed us to reduce the surface area of the material and in-turn reduce friction.
• Reflective Detail: This product has a reflective print for increased visibility in the dark.
• Polygiene antibacterial treatment: Polygiene® (permanent odor control treatment) neutralizes odor by stopping the growth of odor-causing bacteria and fungi. Clothes and gear stay fresh and odor-free, and can be worn several times before laundering. Plus they last longer because bacteria never get the chance to break down the bers. Polygiene is safe next to your skin and helps reduce your environmental footprint, too.

• Soft Tech: Soft-Tech is an innovative polyester Microfibre that ensures maximum comfort for the athlete thanks to its pleasant soft touch, excellent breathability and optimum moisture transport and quick-drying properties. Its bi-stretch properties guarantee maximum performance by adapting to the material of the shorts. The additional Polygiene® finish ensures protection against unpleasant odours and inhibits the reproduction of germs and bacteria.
• TRS2 Foam: This innovative, densely perforated (3 mm holes) Hi-Density open-pored foam provides excellent ventilation and moisture management. The characteristics of a TRS foam pad are lightness, breathability, elasticity and comfort.
• HI-Density Foam: This open-pored foam has a high-density. High-density is synonymous with high cell concentration and high “support” effect; these are important features for shock absorption and protection against shocks and negative vibrations.
